2021 Ram Sale

Our 2021 On-Farm sale day took place on
25 September
, and was a great success. However, most of our sales occur outside of a set date: get in touch anytime if you are planning an addition to your breeding flock. See below for more information.

If you are looking for a breeding ram, and do not have off-season companionship currently available, ask us about purchasing a companion or pair of companions at a special rate, or about our rental options.

#156 Male, born April 2020 to Loch Bhraion Ram 082.2 (HSS #0422/12) and Hirsel Polly, an unregistered white (pure) Hebridean. September weight: 41.5Kg. Please note: our white Hebs throw both white and black lambs. Though #156 is black, and we can guarantee his parentage back to is maternal g.dam, with his paternal line HSS registered, we cannot guarantee colouration of his lambs. We’re happy to talk to you about our white Hebrideans… Price: £50.00

Also available: Six HSS birth notified ram lambs out of sires Cairnorrie Aidan (HSS# 1548/15, out of Slipperfield Donald) and Drakemyre Pelorus Jack (HSS#1918/19, out of Ballyeo Aonach Mor), and HSS registered Hirsel bred ewes from our Bryland line. #146Emory is registered (HSS# 1073/20) and proven when a lamb as a 2020 rental. Born: April 2020. His dam is Hirsel Amber (out of Bryland Eliza), his sire is Loch Brhaion Ram 082.2. He is being sold as he’s the brother to many of our working ewes. His September 2021 weight was 46.50Kg. Price £75.00 (Note: Sold)
#116Dougal is an HSS registered (0782/19) 2-shear out of Slipperfield Donald and Bryland Earraid. He was meant for sale in 2020, but kept home due to Covid issues. He’s more than ready to work, as evidenced by the current state of his forehead, but he is – like most of our animals – generally good tempered and manageable out of season, though he is not a pet.
